We have been renting on this quiet lake for years and finally bought our own two-unit propery and are excited to share it with you! This is a perfect vacation spot for R&R. Canoes/kayaks are included in the rental. The attached unit is available for rent with a connecting door that locks if multiple families are vacationing together. There is a ramp to the cabin. Come and relax on one of Maine's cleanest lakes and best keep secrets! This cozy space has two bedrooms, a double bed in one bedroom and a bunkbed with a full-size bottom bunk and an extra twin bed in the second bedroom which sleeps six total. The kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook and there is also a BBQ and fire pit outside. The bathroom includes a shower and bath. There is also a small washer/dryer available. Beach towels are also included. Enjoy the full yard 100 feet from the lake. There is a boat slip included in the rental. Free Wi-Fi and TV provided with 125 channels. A DVD player and some videos are available. Board games and art supplies make this an ideal spot for families to relax. As it is a communal dock, people may be walking through the yard. This quiet cabin(s) sits at the end of the resort. Walk around the communal grounds with access to the lake. No lifeguard or designated beach area. A well-stocked market and ice-cream stand is a 10 minute drive and Madison is a 20 minute drive. Skowhegan is 30 minutes away. There is no public transportation. The adjacent unit (unit #5) allows pets for an additional fee. There is a keyed access door adjoining door the two units, perfect for families vacationing together. The cabin is ideally located for four seasons of fun. Enjoy the incredible foliage in the fall, a 45 minute drive to the best skiing in Maine at Sugarloaf and 1.5 hours to white water rafting. Ice fishing in the winter and snowmobile paths nearby make this cabin available for four seasons. We are located 1.5 hours from Portland, 1.5 hours from Bangor, 2 hours and 20 minutes from Acadia National Park, 3.5 hours from Boston, 3.5 hours from Quebec and 4 hours to Montreal. All make this an ideal location for your New England getaway.
