Tower fan is provided. ‼️‼️NO CAR IS NEEDED!! Featuring a Walk Score of 99, the building is a walker's paradise and is conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment, with direct access to 1st Avenue and Waterfront. So if you not going to plan to drive outside of the city, staying at this location, you can absolutely walk to everything!! All of the tourist sightseeing is within walking distance. ‼️ There’s a covered parking garage at 1 block away and there are a few other parking options around for 2 or 3 block away from the building at lower prices. Please use the SpotHero website to find the closest parking and reserve it at the best rate during your stay. Street parking is available and it’s free from 8 pm to 8 am, paid parking from 8 am to 8 pm with a 2hr max, and free all day Sunday. ‼️We are located right in the Heart of the City so please be aware of city noise. Other things to note Easy to take Uber or Lyft. Car isn't necessarily needed since the Central Light Rail Station is just about 5 minutes walk from the unit.
