The Corte Minelli apartment is located in one of the most charming and central districs in the San Marco area, close to the famous "La Fenice" Theatre, in the heart of Venice. The apartment is ideally situated to explore the city's main attractions. CIN: 027042B4RKANPTWE The space The apartment was completely restored in 2014 using high quality materials and furniture and every interior detail has been carefully studied in order to create a warm and sophisticated ambience. It is on the ground floor , so-access even with luggage is extremely easy. Guest access The apartment has an entrance, fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed (couch), a table with two chairs, and a comfortable queen size bed. There is also a full bathroom with large shower. The apartment has also heating and air conditioning, Tv, internet, dishwasher, induction stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and washing machine. Other things to note Linens and towels are provided, and your beds will be made according to your requirements when applicable. Cleaning upon arrival and departure included in the fee however if you require extra cleaning and changing of linen this will be charged at 50 euros per day. At no extra we will pick up at the closest public boat stop to the apartment if you arrive before 8 p.m, a pick up fee of 30 euros will apply for arrivals after 8 p.m. A 60 euros fee will apply after 10 p.m. The mandatory Venice city tax of 4 euro a day per person per night (with a max of 5 nights) will be due upon arrival and should be paid in cash .(7,50 euros max per person for stays longer than 5 nights, children under 10 are exempt.Young per.e aged 10 to 16 ha e a 50 % reduction.
