The house is situated in a beautiful, quiet residential area. Through the city park you can reach the old town in a maximum of 20 minutes, by bus in 5 minutes. Bus stop around the corner. Line 15 or 25. For bicycles, there is a chic garage at the front door. The space The bright, friendly room is on the first floor and is about 13 square meters. There is a cozy single bed overlooking the greenery ;-) Right across the street is the bathroom. Another shower is located half a flight of stairs higher. There is also a guest toilet on the first floor. A "work chair" can be provided for working.
