Vlei-side is a spacious, single storey, relaxed home with a unique location right beside a vlei (dam) in the centre of Langebaan. The home is located 850m from the beach in a quiet cul-de-sac. Vlei-side is family friendly and sleeps 7 adults and 2 children. Please note there is direct access to the vlei (dam) and it is not safe to swim in or for young children to be around unsupervised. It boasts a wind protected stoep (patio) that is the perfect spot for outdoor meals or a braai (barbeque) The space Vlei-side house is a single storey building with easy access to all the rooms and bathrooms. The open plan kitchen and living area look out onto the back lawn and vlei (dam). There is direct access to the vlei (dam) although it is not safe to swim and children should be supervised at all times. The stoep (patio) is sheltered from the South Easterly wind so one can enjoy the outdoors even when the wind is howling. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, all the living spaces, bedrooms, bath rooms, lawns and stoep (patio) The garages will be locked. The stoep (patio) and back lawn are usually where we spend most of our time relaxing. Please note there is access to the vlei (dam). This is not a safe place to swim and children should be supervised at all times. Other things to note The house is situated next to a vlei (dam). This is a drowning danger for children and they should be supervised at all times while in the back yard.
