The space Our three bedrooms offer a comfortable and stylish retreat after a long day exploring the city. Each room has a spacious king-sized bed, providing a luxurious night's sleep. A working station with a desk and chair is included in one room, making it easy to catch up on emails or complete any last-minute projects. Whatever your purpose for visiting, you may relax in our pleasant neighborhood, which is close to many restaurants and shops. There's ample space for guests to relax on the sofa and watch on a large flat-screen TV. Like the rest of the unit, you'll live it up in luxury among hardwood floors and contemporary décor. The place has free, fast Wi-Fi and Chicago sunshine streaming through the windows. The apartment includes two full bathrooms with a shower, sink, and toilet. We're all about helping you look (and smell) your best, so we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and fluffy towels. Trust us when we say there's no better way to warm up after a Windy City walk than a hot shower! Whether you're craving a home-cooked meal or just somewhere to put the box of deep-dish, our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils and has expensive granite countertops. Appliances include a full-sized fridge and freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The only things that need to be added are your favorite farmer's market finds! **Parking: You will need to find parking on the side streets. We do not have a designated parking spot. Please make sure to check the signs and tow-away zones. **The unit is on the 3rd floor and is only accessible by stairs. Other things to note -All guests must be attentive to the house rules during their stay as there are other tenants at the property. -Bath towels are provided per number of guests, not per number of stays. MAIL AND PACKAGE DELIVERY -We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment as we have lost deliveries. A nearby pickup/drop-off location is recommended to ensure you get your mail/package. -If there's an issue during your stay, please report it to us in real-time so we can address it immediately.
