The apartment consists of a large open space used as a kitchen-living room with the kitchen equipped with various appliances. In the living room area there are: an equipped wall and a corner sofa. The hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms: 2 double and 1 twin; and to the 2 full bathrooms, one with a washing machine. All rooms have: balconies and heating. Air conditioning is located in each of the 3 bedrooms. In the area there are: supermarkets, bars, bakeries, etc. The space The apartment is on one floor, with a large open space in the kitchen-living room area. Other things to note The property is a few kilometers from the wonderful city of Syracuse, about 15 km from both sandy and rocky beaches such as Fontane Bianche and Ognina. SERVICES NEAR THE APARTMENT On the ground floor of the building there is both a hairdresser and a beauty center. A few meters away from the apartment there is an excellent bakery/delicatessen that bakes bread and other delicacies all day long, including: typical Sicilian rustics, pasta, biscuits and various kinds of desserts. About 20m away from the apartment there is a large supermarket, open from morning until evening, where you can also buy ready-made food. In addition, there are charging stations for electric vehicles inside the supermarket. Also in the area, there is a large free unattended parking lot, which includes places reserved for the disabled, where you can park your car without having to book parking. Behind the supermarket there is a small park used as a playground for children.
