Walking distance to museums, shops, theatres & restaurants in Old Town. We are in walking distance for Rose Bowl Events :-) The space The property is fully renovated 1909 house. It's charming renovated interior has been decorated tastefully and offers all mod-cons for an enjoyable and restful stay. Extra features: Top Brand Water Filtration System, Jaccuzzi bath tub, private balcony, laundry room w. washer & dryer dish washer, microwave oven. juice extractor. The location offers historic charm complete with modern-day conveniences such as HVAC, dishwasher, range hood and Jaccuzzi. My wife and I have put some good work on the landscaping and from the inside it feels like a giant tree-house complete with that magnificent balcony. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance, and full access to top floor of house. PLEASE NOTE: We live on the ground floor. We will know if more than the booked number of people are using the premises. We will know if there is ruckus and violation of the 'quiet time' . A typical ordinance prohibits loud noises between 11 p.m. and 7 or 8 a.m. on weekdays and 11 p.m. or midnight until 8 to 10 a.m. on Sundays and holidays. Other things to note Please note that since it is the second floor of a 1909 house there is a wooden stairwell for access. We try to run a environment conscious lifestyle. Please be respectful of that. Please turn off unnecessary lights when leaving the premises and most importantly: PLEASE CHECK THAT THE STOVE IS OFF EVERY TIME YOU LEAVE THE PREMISES. PARKING: The area requires and OVERNIGHT PERMIT to park. If you need a permit please take a photo of your license plate and send over. PLEASE Read Street cleaning signs as it happens every 2nd and 4th Monday Sorry to write this but I guess it is necessary: Please do NOT use the shower towels provided to wipe feces, and other bodily fluids. There are paper towels and shower for such needs.
