Impressive 19th century building completely renovated in the summer of 2022. We have 11 apartments, all decorated with exquisite taste, elegant, bright and central. The building has been recovering all its essence of the time, revealing its brick walls, wooden beams on the ceiling, and mosaic floors. Accommodation for 45 people in total, spread over different apartments that are totally independent. The space This is a 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony, very bright and with modern and elegant decoration. Located on the second floor. We have a sofa bed, living-dining room, large bathroom and shower, full kitchen, TV, internet, Netflix and central air conditioning. Guest access The building has an interior patio with tables and chairs that all our guests can use in a relaxed way. It is very bright thanks to its large skylight. It's a great place to work. We have 2 apartments on the ground floor and 3 apartments on each floor. All three floors are accessible by both stairs and elevator. On each floor there are small stairs from the elevator to the apartment but we have an electric chair for people with limited mobility if necessary.
