Comfortable and cozy house in a very quiet and safe area, ideal for rest or work (home office), fully equipped, fully refrigerated (living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms), has Internet, television with Netflix, a few blocks from a shopping center and 5 minutes from the Chevron Park baseball stadium, it can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The house is constantly fumigated. We apply a discount for long stays.
