Mediterranea’s distinctive horseshoe architecture, its great amenities and of course its proximity to the beach and restaurants have kept visitors coming back again and again. All the balconies in 314 view the Gulf and the spacious pool deck with a hot tub. Plenty of sun bathing chairs are at the center of the immaculate lawn. Other amenities include a fitness center, a clubhouse, underground parking and almost 500 ft of unobstructed views and deeded beach access. Festival by day, beach by sunset — our place is conveniently near Moon Crush music festival and the shoreline. This property comes with 2 parking spaces. Guests of Mediterranea also enjoy complimentary seasonal beach service. We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
