Eleanor's at St. Leonards

Description

A cosy retro beach shack just waiting for you to come and feel the relaxed holiday vibes. Eleanor's sits in the sleepy coastal town of St. Leonards and is the perfect gateway to the Bellarine Peninsula and all it has to offer. She has been lovingly refreshed, whilst many features reminiscent of bygone era holidays remain. An easy 7-10 minute walk to the shopping strip, cafès and beach, you can park the car in the driveway and leave it there. Perfect for families or escaping with friends. The space As soon as you pull into the driveway you will feel a sense of arriving on a classic beachy getaway. This cosy beach shack was built around 1950. Opening the tangerine door takes you into the open living/dining/kitchen which will feel familiar but refreshingly simple and full of the most gorgeous light. The relaxed bedrooms branch off this space and then there is a flamboyant surprise waiting for you in the brand new bathroom. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, pergola area and garden. Garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Please note the back pergola area and patio is in the midst of updating, but it's still functional. Excitingly, our new outdoor bath is currently being installed (spring 2025)!! Note that the paving is uneven in some sections and there are steps into and out of the property.
