Welcome to Loft 36. A modern *private upstairs apartment* in a safe residential Long Island Neighborhood. Spacious and fully furnished with a private keyless entrance. Centrally located in the heart of WEST BABYLON. We are a quick trip to Babylon Village shops, bars, and restaurants, Tanger Outlets, Jones Beach, Robert Moses, and Marina Beaches. Ferries to Fire Island also close by. About an hour drive to New York City via nearby expressway or a 65 minute railroad ride. The space Our space offers a private front entrance, plenty of street parking or one spot on the driveway, and you will have the whole apartment to yourself! This upstairs apartment is spacious and filled with light. It has a KING sized bed, a living room area with sofa, full bathroom and full kitchen; as well as a smart TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Other things to note We are here to make your stay enjoyable. If you don’t see what you need, please ask. We want you to love our home, our town and Long Island as much as we do! It is the expectation that the guest creating the reservation will be one of the people staying in the unit. Each guest must be added to the reservation. No more than two adults are allowed overnight. If not, it is advised that you see AirBnB's policy for third party booking, as we will decline any stay that falls outside this parameter. This is a non-smoking apartment. If smoking is a high priority for you, we recommend looking at other accommodations that better suit your needs. Should an emergency maintenance issue arise, we reserve the right to enter rental. Cameras are located outside of the premises, (ring doorbell camera and driveway camera), to ensure the safety of our guest. For our guests health and peace of mind, we are taking extra precautions to disinfect and sterilize the apartment between each reservation.
