Green Refuge steps from the Sea

A refuge built by us to reconnect, rest and enjoy the sound of the sea, sunsets and starry sky. ✨ Located between the countryside and the sea, in a quiet area of Chapadmalal, growing, with nearby services without losing calm. A few blocks away there are markets, a health food store, pharmacy, coffee shop, cultural fair, grills and bakery. The beaches are public, spacious, natural and within walking distance; suitable for pets. 🐾 • We offer surfing classes 🌊 The space - Less is more: everything you need in a small, optimized space. - Sustainable: bio-climatic design so it is super bright, cool in summer and warm in winter. It has a biodigester, water treatment. Waste separation, compost. It also has natural, handmade and biodegradable products. - Ideal for connecting with yourself and nature. Other things to note On the same property, there are two guest houses and our family home, located further back. We live there with my partner, our daughters, a dog named Titan (guardian and co-host 😜) and three cats. The land has two entrances: one exclusive to this little house, and the other shared between the mud house and our house. Each space is cared for and delimited with plants, with a partial fence for each accommodation and the entire perimeter of the enclosed land, seeking to preserve privacy, respectful coexistence and security. ** For PET RESERVATIONS: - CHECK before booking. - We only accept 1 dog (female).
