Everything you want to know , can be found on line for ease of knowing what’s where Guest access Guests have access to the entirety of the property with the following exceptions: - Inside the garden shed - In the small vestry room, which is used to store owners gear. Other things to note The church hall is accessible all year long and is part of the stay. In winter and cold months (from easter through October) the hall can be very cool indeed. We want you to be aware of this as while there is a large reverse cycle air conditioner, the vaulted ceilings make heating this space difficult. In summer this area is beautiful, and during hot periods the air conditioner works fine as the cold air settles at floor level. Ceiling fans have been installed in both bedrooms and both the lights and fans work from the remotes that are in holders attached to door frame. The main switch needs to be left on and then press the light motif on remote for your light/fan. fire alarms through out house as required by law We ask that if you leave the house for a long period of time could you please turn off the air conditioning units. Basically as an electricity saver. Helping keep costs down benefits both tenants and us Thankyou
