Walk 20 feet outside the building and you're on 4th street where you'll find one-of-a-kind shops, trendy restaurants, nightlife, and random neighborhood get-togethers (roller skates optional). It's truly a walkers' paradise. Oh, and the ocean is just a half mile away too. The unit has been completely refitted and includes every modern accommodation you could ask for. Full kitchen with brand new appliances, including washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, FAST Wifi, AC in living room and an extremely thoughtful interior design. It also comes with a dedicated parking spot, which is a rare find in this bustling neighborhood. PLEASE READ NOTE BELOW REGARDING PARKING BEFORE BOOKING. There’s a Bike Share station just a block away and scooters all around if you want to take a ride up the coast. Guest access You'll have access to the entire unit! Other things to note Dedicated parking is almost non-existent in this neighborhood. We've secured a parking spot just for you right behind the laundromat. It's just a one-minute walk from the unit in the alley one building over. While we've never experienced any safety issues, there have been some recent complaints from neighbors about homeless in the alley. We've contacted the city multiple times, but sadly their response has been unhelpful. Finding street parking in this neighborhood can be tough, especially after dark, so this reserved spot is a convenient option—if you're comfortable with the surroundings. However, if you have any concerns, especially if you're traveling with small children, we totally understand if you prefer to look elsewhere.
