Villa Granskugga - Your quiet oasis near the city

Newly built mini-villa with a luxurious feel in scenic areas. Lake and canoe rental can be reached within a short walking distance, Tyresta nature reserve is located next to the house with miles of hiking trails and running tracks. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Here, you can breathe in the calm while the city pulse is only a 15-minute drive away. Without a car, you can easily get in by bus instead. Personal training or yoga can also be booked here during the stay. Welcome to idyllic Gudö. Welcome to Villa Granskugga! The space Newly produced with all the comforts. In the hall, you will be greeted by a bench with storage baskets underneath and a built-in shoe rack and clothes rail (there is also a large full-length mirror). From here, you will find two separate bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other, two single beds that can also be moved to a double bed, if desired. There are open shelves for clothes storage or other desired items as well as clothes racks. In the living room, you will find a sofa bed for extra accommodation. In the living room, there is also a TV with Netflix and Chromecast, so you can cozy up and watch the desired program from your device. You will also find a wide range of books (mainly Swedish books) as well as board games for rainy days or late evenings. In the kitchen, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with accessories from SMEG, as well as an integrated dishwasher and spacious refrigerator. In the villa, there is also a larger freezer, located in the laundry room next door, for e.g. ice cream or other items during your stay. In the kitchen, of course, there are wine glasses, bottle openers and other amenities you might need. There is a round dining table with 4 stationary chairs, which can be expanded with 2 extra chairs if needed. In the toilet, you are greeted by fully tiled walls with black details such as a towel dryer and a lovely ceiling shower. In the laundry room, there is a washer and dryer with 9 kg laundry capacity (you can thus easily wash your vacation laundry in one go ;)). There is also a sink and cleaning equipment as well as "first aid" materials. Here, you can also store bags you do not want to be visible during the stay. In Villa Granskugga, there is art from two artists who exhibit their works, and if you are particularly interested in something, all art can also be purchased on request. Two patio doors lead out to the backyard and garden where outdoor furniture and barbecue are available. Here you will also find the Jacuzzi, located under the treetops, directly adjacent to the balcony. Here you can enjoy a relaxing and warm bath with massaging jet jets, at any time during your stay. All floors have water-based underfloor heating for the best comfort. The private parking can be found at the gable side of the house, to the left of the hedge, where a small staircase leads up to the entrance. Guest access As a guest, you have access to all parts of the home, as well as the garden next door. Other things to note Villa Granskugga is self-catering! Cleaning is expected to be done by the guest on departure. Cleaning upon departure can of course be added, cost SEK 1000, inform us about this in connection with your booking.
