Apple Valley Lake Escape: A-Frame of Mind

If you’re on the lookout for a retreat, this incredible A-Frame overlooking Apple Valley Lake will stop you in your tracks! An exceptional stay awaits within the comforts of this lakeview home—floor to ceiling windows, four bedrooms, two full baths, an entertainment room, and a loft overlooking the lake— are nearly as awe-inspiring as the natural landscape that surrounds it! While you’ll be an easy walk or drive from many activities, you’ll revel in the privacy and stillness of Apple Valley! The space A-frame house located directly across the street from the main part of Apple Valley Lake. You will walk in the side door to the entertaining and dining space adjacent to the kitchen on the main level. The main level also has the two master bedrooms with a full bath. Master Bedroom #2 has patio doors that access the back deck with seating. Head upstairs to the loft with the huge king bed and futon for hanging out with family and friends. The lower level walkout has views of the lake with seating under the top deck. The entertainment area has games, a dart board, and a foosball table. The lower level also includes a full bathroom with washer and dryer and bedrooms #3 and #4. The outdoor entertainment area on the front deck includes a large dining table, a sectional sofa, and griddle for grilling. In the back of the house is a large parking area, back deck with chairs and a conversation set, and a fire pit. The garage may possibly be accessible on a case-by-case basis. *A small amount of starter supplies are provided. Please be prepared to purchase or bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, or dishwasher pods! Guest access The house is located up a hill. There is a parking area off the street as well as on the large, wraparound driveway. The main entrance is on the SIDE of the house. It is a single door. Guests may also use the patio doors that walk into master bedroom #2. Other exits include a door from the living & dining area to the front deck and the walkout lower level. Other things to note Apple Valley is a private community. You must be a property owner or with a property owner (with ID card) in order to use the beaches, pool, fishing pond, lake, and other community amenities. However, there is a PUBLIC golf course located 3 miles away! Non-smokers only please!
