This 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom is located in the quiet neighborhood of Isle of Palms. Has been fully remodeled extra clean for Mayo patients, snowbirds all guests. Must be 25 years old to rent. This is a very quiet neighborhood we do not allow parties. We are located five minutes from Mayo clinic less than five minutes from Jacksonville Beach. Publix and Walmart are very close to the house. There is easy access to Butler Boulevard and I-295 highway easy access. Lots of restaurants close by. Clean The space Our home is newly remodeled, very fresh and homey. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are very friendly. Centralized location to the beach. Mayo Clinic, night life and plenty of restaurants close se by. No animals are allowed unless approved by homeowner. There will be a $300 Cleaning extra fee, if any animals are brought into home. Guest access We have a smart lock to allow access and we will send the info the day of arrival. Other things to note No, animals are allowed in the home unless authorized by host. We get you started off with some toilet paper, paper towels, coffee k- cups, a few garbage bags, some creamer, a few snacks we don't replenish supplies during your stay.
