The space It is a fully furnished apartment (55sqm) in a renovated apartment building in the Marienthal district of Zwickau for max. 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms/living rooms, each with 2 beds apart and wardrobes. There is a table with chairs in each room. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, shower facilities, a hallway, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee machine, kitchen radio, microwave, toaster, kettle and much more. The rental price includes electricity, water, heating, WiFi, 2x flat screen TV with Internet TV, kitchen radio, washing machine, towels, bed linen and cleaning. Private parking spaces are located directly at the house in the backyard. Smoking is only permitted out of the window. Guest access Access is via a key set consisting of a front door key and an apartment key. Other things to note We personally hand over the apartment and the keys.
