Tropical Oasis with spa and Cinema room

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You will feel right at home as you enter our beautiful place whether it’s for only a short stay or a long vacation. The space Beautiful and modern guest house for short or long term accommodation. Narre Warren south is situated in the lovely south eastern surburb in Victoria Melbourne. Fountain Gate Westfield shopping centre and Casey central are only 5 mins drive which makes this house centrally located to all the amenities. Melbourne city is 35mins drive and Narre Warren train station is only 5 mins drive also. There are 3 bedrooms in the house upstairs available that can easily accommodate a family of 6 or even more on request. Bedrooms all have queen size beds with beautiful very comfortable bedding, pillows and mattresses. You will sleep like kings and queens. If additional sleeping arrangements needed, we are able to provide an extra queen bed downstairs with extra linen, towels etc. Please enquire with the host. The main living area offers two very comfortable leather couches and a large 74” Smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix and Plex for you to relax in and watch all your favourite movies or series. To top it up, unwind in the Cinema Room, sit in one of the four recliner chairs where you can watch all your favourite or classic movies where you will find an abundance of movies to choose from in the draw. Living room 2 - is a room where you can play some music and entertain your guests with some dancing where there are some disco lights at your disposal and you can plug in your entertainment system play your favourite tunes. Or if needed this room could turn to an extra bedroom as stated earlier above if needed some extra sleeping arrangements. House has a fully functional kitchen, with everything you could ask where you could cook up a storm or just relax in. Kitchen offers everything from kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, juice maker, microwave oven etc The kitchen also provides a fabulous fully automatic Philips Saeco coffee machine with arabica coffee beans provided where can you can enjoy an expresso or cafe latte in the mornings. There will be cereal, milk and some other treats left for you to enjoy during your stay. A Bathroom upstairs comes with an oversized spa where you can totally relax with a glass or two and a fabulous book. Plus downstairs there is a powder room with another toilet and a sink. A laundry fully equipped with 2 washing machines and a heated pump dryer for your convenience. Outdoor there is a large undercover decking area with large table and chairs where you can entertain your guests and have a beautiful outdoor dinner using the BBQ and take in the surroundings of the beautiful lush green garden and you will feel like you are at a small oasis. At the rear back garden there is a good size lawn where children can play and run. A large study area with comfortable desk and chair for your work at home time or could just be a room away from everything else. House has cooling and heating throughout. You could also while staying there go for a drive to the closest beach which is 20 mins away to Carrum beach, 1 hour to Philip island, 45 mins to Mornington peninsula and the hot springs and close to lots of other amazing places to visit. Well you will have a grocery shop IGA only 4 mins walk where you can buy all your groceries at your convenience. Guest access Access is through the driveway on Centre Rd, opposite Heritage College. The whole house except master bedroom Other things to note Entire house at your disposal. House is 45sq metres very large and lots of space indoors and outdoors. Master room isn’t accessible to guests but the whole house is. We are able to offer an extra room with a queen size bed upon request downstairs if needed please discuss with the host upon enquiring. And there is a strict policy of no parties, no large gatherings over 5 visitors visiting the property at one time and no pets allowed.
