Garden Suite - 10 mins to Beach and LAX

The Garden Suite, nestled in El Camino Village is situated behind the front house, accessible via a gated entrance. The suite is conveniently located in South Bay, close to the beach by car (Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach), close to LAX, and access to main highways 110, 405, and 91 to all LA attractions. With many restaurants and shopping centers close by. An easy self-check-in with a combination lock and free street parking (one car) is available. The space This is a one bedroom suite, with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower, a desk, and a kitchenette with cooktop and dining area. In the closet you will find a rollaway bed for one extra person. Guest access Guests self check-in using a combination lock on the entrance door. They can then pick up parking permit and park on the street using that permit. Other things to note The backyard is shared with another unit. Please be mindful of quiet hours. The blue bed in the photo is a secondary option. It’s a roll-away bed intended for additional guests.
