Serene Private Suite at Nexus Ranch, Sequoia Parks

Located in the foothills of the Sierras and on the edge of The Giant Sequoia National Park. This 107 acre cattle ranch has a rare beauty that everyone enjoys. Sip your coffee on the balcony of your private suite and relax in the peaceful energy of the pond, pastureland, the mountains, and the sunset. We have plenty of hiking, biking and riding trails in the hills of our ranch. We also have a 2 other rental units available (Cottage & Ranch House) for friends/family. The space Peaceful, serene, beautiful, amazing. These are words that I hear from our guests over and over again. There is an energy here that envelopes and grounds you. Our guests find themselves relaxing on their deck and doing nothing but enjoying the beauty of this place. You will see horses, cattle, geese, ducks, herons, vultures, lots of small birds, frogs, deer, squirrels, and rabbits. Sometimes, at the edge of the rangeland you will see a mountain lion, bobcat, wild pig or bear. If you would like to book a vacation that includes a Blocked Sunday through Thursday, please contact us, as we may be able to unblock the dates for you. If you need more room for family, please look at our other airbnb rentals located on our ranch called Private Cottage on Spectacular Ranch and The Ranch House on Nexus Ranch. We also have room for a dry camp RV. Contact us for more information. Bring your horses as we have a place for them to stay. And we are pet friendly! Nearby, we have Lake Success, access to the river at Lower Coffee Camp, Upper Coffee Camp, and 1000 Stairs. There is golfing at River Island Country Club and rock climbing at the Dome. Your Private Suite is located on the second floor of my home. You have a private staircase to your private balcony and entrance to your Suite. The main room of your suite is full of windows that allow you to see 270 degrees of our beautiful ranch. The main room has 2 twin beds that can be used as couches or beds. There is a desk and a computer monitor. Also, in the main room is the dining room/kitchenette surrounded by windows. The kitchenette includes Keurig Coffee Maker, Hot Water Kettle, Microwave, Large Toaster Over/Air Fryer, Electric Skillet, Mini Refrigerator, Coffee Cups, Plates and Bowls, Silverware. We have a propane BBQ/grill that you can use. PLEASE NOTE: The bathroom is located off of the bedroom. If you have people sleeping in the twin beds in the main room, they will need to walk THROUGH your bedroom to get to the bathroom!!!!! The kitchenette does NOT have a sink .. you will need to wash your dishes and pans in the bathroom !!! Guest access You will have access to my 15 acre pastures and the 70 acre rangeland to hike, bike, picnic or see the animals. You will also have access to our 10 hole disc golf course. There is access to the river via a .75 mile walk down the street. Other things to note *We are pet friendly. This is Doggy Disneyland. *Parents with small children MUST watch them at all times. DO NOT let them wander around by themselves as this is a ranch and is NOT childproof. Children do not understand boundaries and can break things or get hurt. $25 Pet Fee paid at creation of your reservation. This fee pays for the extra cleaning we do for our future guests that may be allergic to dogs/cats. Your pet should be friendly and house trained. Pets that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. Your pet must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone. *Any pet that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. *You will be charged for any damage caused by your pet HORSES allowed with Pre Approval: We have pasture paddocks available for your horse(s) to rent. We charge an additional $10/night fee per horse. Please bring your own hay/grain or with advance notice, I can provide bale(s)of hay for $25/bale. We have 70 acres for you to explore and ride.
