Henry's Fork Convenient Cozy Family Room in Home

Our beautiful rustic home is in the center of town. High ceilings, custom wood, and tile work throughout. Rooms are large and bright with cozy decor, this room is on the main floor. 10 minutes from Rexburg, 75 minutes from West Yellowstone, 10 minutes from the sand dunes, within walking distance to legendary sandbar on Henry's Fork of the Snake River, 1 1/2 hour from Grand Teton NP & Jackson Hole, 2 hours from Craters of the Moon. Be sure to plan a few days! We are excited to host you! The space We are excited to have you visit! Great fishing holes are within a three minute drive from the house. If you are visiting Yellowstone National Park for the 2025 season, roads are open April 19 thru November 7, 2022. On top of being in the center of the city, it is also in the center of most every wonderful geological option that you have within an hour and a half drive. Within an hour an a half includes, but is not limited to: Island Park, Green Canyon, Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Craters of the Moon, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Mesa Falls and many other great attractions. Also locally, St. Anthony sports swimming at the Sand Bar on the Henry's Fork of the Snake River. We are located 4 blocks (within easy walking distance) from this gem! Bring your swim suits and your beach gear if you plan to visit the Sand Bar! Our private room on the main level sports both a queen sized bed (not air mattress) and a twin bunk bed, complete with heirloom quilts (on occasion) to add to your comfort. This room will easily accommodate 4 people . It features a 39 inch flat screen TV set up with ROKU, Netflix, and Prime. Free WIFI access available, as well as a mini fridge for you to store perishable items. A full walk in closet will accommodate your clothing needs. Iron and ironing board are available upon request. We provide all the basics: sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, washcloths, hand towels, and liquid shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner as well. Guest bathroom is separate but shared with the guests in our other guest room. Bathroom features a full size tub, sink, toilet, and hand held shower mounted on an adjustable wall bar for hands free showering. We also provide cold breakfast options for our guests. We will set out bread, bagels, and cereal, but our guests will also have access to milk, orange juice, hot chocolate mix, yogurt, fresh fruit, and cream cheese in the refrigerator. We do have 2 friendly cats, Princess and Urchin. They are not allowed in guest rooms, but you may encounter them in the common areas. They both like drinking fresh running water. With warmer weather, we anticipate that they will choose to spend a lot of time outside. Guest access Guests have full access to a fully stocked Kitchen (dishes, cups, pots, pans, utensils, etc), dining room, bathroom on the main floor, and living room. Please let us know prior to arrival if you would like to use the kitchen to cook during your stay. Entering the home, there is an enclosed porch where you can comfortably sit in any weather, and enjoy the great view of the quiet neighborhood. Wi-Fi is also provided. We do ask that you do not move any of the furniture around in any of the rooms during your stay without express permission from us. During your stay We love to get to know people and will talk in the common areas, but we respect space when is desired. Let us know the level of your comfort of interaction, and we will be glad to oblige during your stay. It is located on the second level and features both a twin bed and queen bed and ceiling fans. This room will accommodate 3-4 people. Please let us know if you need to book this extra room and we will be more than happy to help you with that! Ceiling fans in almost every room in the house with two in the dining room. Free parking is available on the street on either side of our home.
