It is 75 square meters with a balcony with a barbecue area and sea view, two bedrooms with split air-conditioning, one being a suite with a double bed, and the second bedroom with a double bunk bed. The kitchen/living room are integrated in an open concept. The kitchen is equipped with custom-made furniture, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the utensils needed to prepare a good meal. The dining room has a beautiful and spacious table with 6 chairs. The living room has 2 sofas and a 55" TV. We have Wi-Fi in the apartment (200 mega). We have a washing machine available. All this for the comfort of our guests, so that they feel at home, in a perfect haven to rest and discover the best of the Santa Catarina coast.
