Violations of illegal parking can lead to a 1,000PHP fine per day by the condo management which will be paid by the guests. Please inform us ahead of time so we can find parking slot for you. (Parking fee 300/day) - Cooking is allowed for the guests staying for 3 or more days. We charge 200PHP for overnight stay. - The pool is open from Tuesday-Sunday from 6 AM - 9 PM Pool Rates: Php250/kids Php300/Adults whole day access. Close every Monday for cleaning. Please contact our property manager so she can assist you in buying coupons in the Admin office. - Registered tenants with notarized lease contract have a free access to the pool and gym. (minimum 10days) - Field Residences Admin Office opens from Monday To Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Saturday ( 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM) and is closed on Sundays Other things to note - In order for us to process the authorization request with the condominium admin office we need a copy of all the IDs of the guests prior to check in to able them to have an access to the building or in condominium premises. - Please turn off all the appliances and AC when not in use, above all when out of the unit. - Please be careful to all the appliances and items in the unit, to avoid damage claims. - Pets are not allowed. - Maintain proper etiquette and silence. Remember that there are other unit owners and guests on the floor. - No smoking inside the unit - No unauthorized guests - Clean as you go - Parties are not allowed - For any questions and concerns please contact our manager she is living in the other building.
