The space The home is a backyard guest house that is accessible by walking up a driveway, through your locked gate, down your own fenced walkway, to the house situated in your own private yard. Guest access The space and separate back yard is yours to enjoy. Owner might need access to storage in back on occasion. No parking in driveway. Only street parking 24/7. Permit provided. Other things to note Gardener come on Tuesdays and guests need to return trash/ recycling bins on Wednesdays. Remove all trash and old items from refrigerator upon checkout. Absolutely no cats or smoking on property. Driveway parking is NOT for guests in back house. Permit for street is provided and must be returned at end of stay or $500 penalty will be charged.
