Casa WECO

Casa WECO is a very welcoming family place in a kinda rural setting within Masaka city with a beautiful landscape and nature. Are you looking for very budget accommodation and a way to give back to a vulnerable community in Masaka then look no further. We are a social enterprise with a mission to give back to our community through our nonprofit organization called WECO Uganda. There's also a chance for you to volunteer with us. The space We have two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and toilet, a shared living room and outdoor dining area. Bedroom 01 - Has two queen sized (4ft by 6ft) beds Bedroom 02 - Has two bunkbeds During your stay We wil see you during breakfast and dinner and we are always available incase you have any questions. We will give you our contact numbers upon arrival. Other things to note Cleaning and Catering The house will be cleaned and bedsheets washed before your arrival / after your departure. This is included in the standard price. Cleaning and laundry (once a week). Me and my girlfriend love cooking and we invite you to share a Uganda meal cooked with love by us. Usually we prepare 2 meals a day that's breakfast and dinner. Our kitchen is open for as long as you want to cook for yourself and we can recommend some good restaurants around Masaka. Utilities Main supplies of electricity, gas and water are provided to the house which is serviced with national water storage tank and rainwater harvesting system. Water and electricity is included in the standard price but gas is not. There is a 13kg gas cylinder, when it is empty, a refill will cost you between 80,000ugx and 120,000ugx. Meddie can be of assistance if and when you need to buy a refill. Showering The house has tap water but it will require you to carry water in the bucket to the bathroom for your shower (we call it a bucket shower, such a Ugandan experience).
