Apartment Ethnica 4 is a spacious apartment of 110 square meters, located in the core city center, 50 meters from the Republic Square. Apartment Ethnica 4 is a spacious apartment (110 m2) that can accommodate up to 8 people, with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet. ALL BEDROOMS ARE EQUIPPED WITH AN AC + 1 AC IN THE LIVING AREA. The living room is equipped with a 65" flat TV. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hot plate, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and all the utensils for cooking. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but a small terrace is at the disposal of the guests who smoke. Central heating late fall and winter season. Fourth floor. Elevator. CHECK-IN time frame is from 3 pm until 9 pm. We kindly ask you to let us know your time of arrival, as well as to send us a message 30 minutes before arriving at our location. - EARLY CHECK-IN is possible not before 10 am and only if the apartment is not occupied the night before your arrival. - LATE CHECK-IN: We can meet the requirements of our guests for late check-in free of charge until 11 pm. For late check-ins after 11 pm, we will charge a late check-in fee in the amount of 15 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival. - CHECK-OUT: Check-out is until 11 am and we kindly ask you to respect this rule, so that our cleaning staff can start their work on time for the following guests. - LATE CHECK-OUT: Late check-out is not possible if we expect guests on your departure day. If we don’t expect any guests, the fee for late check-out is the price for the night, as we will not be able to clean the room until 3 pm which is the time until which our cleaning staff is working as well as the time for check-in. A parking is at disposal of the guests on site, upon prior reservation and subjected to availability. The fee is 15 euros per booked night for cars, 20 euros for vans. The parking gate opens with a remote control. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am in the apartment, on the terrace, in the corridors of the building and in the elevator.
