Welcome to the Blue Door Bungalow! Our cozy upstairs apartment is located just a little over 2 miles from MTSU and less than a mile from the vibrant Murfreesboro Square. Other points of interest include The Avenues (3 miles), I-24 (3.8 miles) and Hwy 840 (4.5 miles). We are so excited to have you as our guests and hope you enjoy your stay! The space Our cozy upstairs apartment is a welcoming space for everyone traveling to Murfreesboro! Kitchen-offers all the amenities you need to cook a meal (pots & pans, blender, mixing bowl, coffee maker, French press, microwave, toaster & more) for a night in or lots of menus to local restaurants for those wanting to try something local! Bedroom 1-Queen Tempur-Pedic dual-adjustable memory foam bed with walk-in closet and 2 bookshelves. Pack & play available for those traveling with small children. Living Room-couch folds out to a Full size bed, coffee table, side table & 40" TV with basic channels & access to Roku. Also additional storage closet with basic cleaning supplies and essentials. Bathroom-single vanity with cabinets underneath, full-sized walk in shower, multiple storage shelves & additional linen closet. The water is heated by a tankless heater so your shower is assured to stay hot! Additional amenities-AT&T fiber 1000 mbps wifi, board games Guest access Blue Door Bungalow is completely private and separate from the downstairs home with it's own side entrance. We have a beautiful garden back yard that is shared with the downstairs tenant so we hope you have nice weather to enjoy the outdoors for a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night. At our home, we love to roast marshmallows on any given night so we have a fire pit available for your use (just give us a heads up so we can make sure you have enough firewood and all the goodies ready)! Other things to note Parking for your stay is in the full driveway so use the space under the carport next to the stairway for your convenience! We ask that the person making the reservation be present in our home during the entire stay. Reservations may not be made for other people unless otherwise pre-approved. We have a few owners closets locked and unavailable for guest use to include the attic. Please note that decor items can change as needed.
