The space Perched on a secluded mountain ridge, this stunning home welcomes you with sweeping views of the Conondale Range and lush hinterland surrounds. Thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and connection, it offers generous living spaces, cozy fire places and easy indoor-outdoor living. At its centre, the home is anchored by a large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space— The large oak dining table sits alongside a wood fireplace, making it just as suited to long winter evenings as it is to relaxed summer meals. Bi-fold doors extend the space outward to a large balcony, perfect for sunset drinks and meals against a backdrop of uninterrupted hinterland views. The kitchen is well equipped for both everyday cooking and larger meals, with a Viking range, twin Miele dishwashers, a Nespresso machine, and a double-door fridge. Outside, a Weber BBQ allows for easy, outdoor dining that makes the most of the setting. You will be greeted always with locally gathered welcome items so you can relax on your first night and adventure to either Maleny, Montville or Woodford for your own gathering of foods and comforts. This spacious home accommodates up to 10 guests across five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy: The primary suite occupies the upper level, complete with a private ensuite, bath, walk-in robe, and a small study area. Four additional bedrooms—including a detached studio—allow guests to spread out, making the home well suited to families or small groups. Throughout the house, hotel-grade mattresses and high-quality linen have been selected to ensure a consistently comfortable and restorative stay. Outdoors, the grounds are open and unobtrusive. The magnesium plunge pool is positioned to take in the valley views, while the surrounding lawn and gardens provide space to relax, play a game of boules on the pebble court, pick some fresh produce from the veggie garden, or simply sit and take in the view. You'll often see wallabies, wild deer, black cockatoos and lorikeets enjoying the property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, studio and double garage. Studio room is separate and adjoins to the garage. Please note Gary the caretaker lives close by. Our house manager Joanna is only a call away should you need anything. We offer guests a simple self-check-in process with all WiFi details at the property. Other things to note 8 guests The main house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms which can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. While the property is secluded and private, sound does travel through the valley to neighbouring properties- please be mindful of loud music after 9pm.
