The Granth - your perfect river escape

Welcome to The Granth, centrally located in Cobram, you will be within walking distance from shops and the Murray River. The Granth has been recently renovated and is perfect for your family or friends get away. The space There are 3 bedrooms - the master bedroom has a Queen bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on the top and the third bedroom has a double bed. Each room has built in wardrobes with available hangers for your use. High speed NBN WIFI internet access is available throughout the house. The living room has a 5 seater L-shape sofa and a 65-inch TV and board and card games. The Smart TV has access to Stan, Disney, Netflix, Foxtel (you will be required to log in with your own account). Alternatively you may access digital TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, new gas stovetop, oven, coffee pod machine and pods, microwave, toaster, kettle and sandwich maker. The dining table seats 6 with an additional 2 stools available. The house has 3 split systems that will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet. The laundry has a half toilet attached. Parking: 3 cars can be parked in the driveway and there is ample on street parking available. All bed linen is provided, pillows and bath towels. The laundry includes a washing machine and sink, iron and ironing board, clothes Rach and outdoor clothes line. A vacuum, broom and mop are also available. A high chair is also available. We do not accept schoolies bookings and no smoking is allowed in the house. We look forward to welcoming you at The Granth. Guest access The entire house is available to guests. There is no access to the garage. Other things to note The Granth has installed external security cameras and as per the Airbnb policy we are required to disclose this information. The location of these outward looking cameras are all external providing additional security.
