Our newly built, modern design house surrounded by nature is located in one of the most exclusive subdivisions of Avandaro. We have 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 14 people. A private Jacuzzi and terrace and a huge garden to spend an incredible stay with family and friends. The rent includes two service people, a couple will serve you as if you were at home and cook delicious food. The space The house has large spaces, designed so that you can enjoy with family and/or friends, custom-designed furniture thinking of all the details for maximum comfort. The house has: 4 bedrooms all with their bathroom and closet: -The master bedroom has a king size bed and a sofa -3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds TV room: -Living room with a 75-inch screen. Close your day with a movie night in the comfort of the L-shaped chair and the fireplace inside the room. Indoor room: -Two armchairs and two seats around a fireplace and with spectacular views of the garden. Indoor dining room for 10 people A roofed terrace with: -Living room with L-shaped armchair and two chairs facing a fireplace. - Dining room for 12 people -Bar with Argentine-style grill with wood, a gas stove, a beverage refrigerator, and a wood-burning oven where if you like cooking you can make an unforgettable barbecue.... and if you don't like it, the cook does it for you. -An outdoor bathroom that serves the terrace and the Jacuzzi with a steam bath included. Jacuzzi and Garden: - Jacuzzi area with a table and lounge chairs. - 400 sq. meter garden - Jacuzzi with jets, bubbles, and lights to enjoy during the day or night. Guest access It has parking for 6 cars. Private garden, jacuzzi and terrace. Access is very easy, just 15 minutes from Valle de Bravo on the federal highway to Toluca on which the entrance to the subdivision is located. Other things to note The house is located within Rancho Avandaro Country Club, Avandaro's most exclusive golf club, where you can go hiking, biking, and it has 24/7 security. The house rental includes a cook and a waiter. For six or more people, an extra cleaning service is required at a cost of $500 pesos per day. Gas to heat the Jacuzzi is paid extra at a cost of $2,500 pesos per weekend. If required, please notify us prior to your arrival.
