The tiny house has a queen bed in the loft and wrap around seating downstairs with a full bathroom. Feel like staying in for dinner? We've got you covered! Full kitchen setup with a stove plate, microwave, and butternut counter space to prep, enjoy! Not only is the tiny house nice and cozy, but it is situated on a field providing private access to the field around the tiny house for outdoor activities with yard games to keep the kids busy! The tiny house has everything you could need to stay from towels and bed linens/blankets to cooking equipment. Need local tips for local eats or healthcare? That's all provided in the virtual guidebook. Enjoy some relaxation or get your adventure on with surrounding trails! Need more room than just one tiny house? Ask us about the two other tiny houses available on the field as well! Guests have full and private access to the tiny house, driveway (left side), and field. We have just recently added this tiny house to our location, so we ask that guests do not roam into the field that is behind the other tiny house as that is space for other guests. Guests can easily reach us through the Air BnB app, calling, text message, and email. The convenience of being so close to the town center and nearby colleges is wonderful, but the best part is being in the country area where it is quieter with beautiful views of the sky and woods! Getting around by car or taxi service is best in this area. Please note that Check In is no earlier than 4pm so we can make sure the tiny house is cleaned and sanitized before we welcome you in, thank you! **The tiny house measures 160 square feet plus a queen-sized bed loft** There is a main house on the property as well where we live with our two Golden Retrievers, Max and Brody who would LOVE to meet you during your stay- but only at your request. Otherwise, you will not hear them or be bothered by them. :) We do not ever enter the tiny house area, driveway, or field unless given permission by guests so please be assured that your time in the tiny house will be uninterrupted and peaceful. If guests are bringing a dog(s), they must make us aware. Guests are responsible for picking up after their dogs and will be charged an additional fee for any excessive cleaning needed or damage due to their pet. *The only pets we allow are dogs, NO cats.* Lastly, we have just recently added another two tiny houses to our location, so we ask that guests do not roam into the field areas near those tiny houses as that is space for other guests. If you would like to book more than one tiny house for your stay, please let us know and we will provide the links to the other tiny houses to view. This tiny house has its own driveway directly by it from the road so please do not use the other driveways (and only park on the left side of the double-wide driveway please). The other tiny houses have their own picnic area, grill, and fire pit on the other side of the house and field so you will not have to share that with other tiny house guests. Thank you!
