Relaxing nap during the heat wave, in our hammocks, under the shade and summer coolness of our mini forest of lush mulberry and plane trees! The space Air-conditioned house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bed 160 cm, 2 beds 140 cm + 1 foldable bed 140 cm, 6 to 8 people. A brand new kitchen, 2 bathrooms and toilets. A shaded outdoor adjoining terrace, total capacity for shared meals. A roof terrace upstairs, sea view, on the landing of a "solarium" turret. Nearby 20 m, additional accommodation: mobile home with all amenities, fully shaded, air conditioned, 2 bedrooms, 1 bed 140 cm, 2 beds 90 cm + living room 1 folding bed 140 cm. Sleeps 4–6. For information: the total advertised price includes the rental of the house and the mobile home at no extra cost. Cleaning, if you do not want to do it yourself, is €75 for the house and €35 for the mobile home. Guest access Guests will have access to both accommodations by choosing their respective room. House and mobile home with common kitchen from the main house. Family and/or friendly gathering. Other things to note This rental property is located in a fully fenced, private plot of more than 1000 m². Parking for 5 vehicles. Dogs and animals are welcome. To cycle for shopping, close to local shops: 1.5 km from Cap d'Agde, the daily market of Grau d'Agde, the Aquatic Center, Lidl and HyperU. On the other hand, 2 outdoor toilets and a shower allow you to return from sea bathing and use the pool, without entering the accommodation to shower. Note the judicious arrangement of several outdoor garden terraces to use according to the shadows of the day. Possibility to rent a mobile home for an additional 4 to 6 people.
