The Seascape House - Top two floors Only

Enjoy top 2 floors of Seascape, a spectacular home with expansive water views, screened/heated pool, and instant access to the Gulf. Your suite has living room + full kitchen + dining + breakfast +3 BRs + 2 baths + 1 laundry room w/ bath vanity + 2 covered & screened patios + 1 sun deck + 1 boat dock. 5 mins to Weeki Wachee, 1 hr to Tampa, 2 hr to Disney, minutes to restaurants, boat rentals, stores... Escape to kayaking, scalloping, fishing, crabbing, pool and Florida sunshine all at Seascape! Other things to note DISCLOSURES: You are renting the top two floors of the Seascape house. Owner or another family may be staying on the bottom floor of the house. Shared areas are: the pool area (pool, jacuzzi, and grill), the gym garage and outdoor lawn. Pool heater is usually on between 10am - 6pm when pump is on. -There is a $20 per guest per night fee when there’s are more than 8 guests. - There is a $40 one time charge to use our grill, which covers grill cleaning and the first 1/4 tank (5 gallons) of propane usage. Additional propane will cost $10 per 1/4 tank. - Guesrs are to keep kitchen equipments clean to avoid extra cleaning fees. - We charge $30/each to replace missing towels or pillows. - We provide environmental wood logs at $5/log and each log lasts several hours.
