Other things to note You are expected to abide by all house and community rules at all times. Guests are responsible for any damages, violations, fines, or towing incurred during their stay. Such violations include but are not limited to noise, pets, theft, and trespassing. ONLY ONE SMALL DOG PERMITTED. In addition to the king , queen, and 2 twin beds, we have 2 blow up queen mattresses. There are no "company vehicles" , sprinter vans, work trucks etc. permitted overnight in the community. This includes any vehicles that have company logos or decals.
