Location, location, location - our modern guesthouse is smack dab in the middle of the historic Heights, just a stroll away from 19th St. and the Heights Hike & Bike Trail. Whether staying for a night or extended trip, you'll feel right at home with a fully equipped kitchen, king bed, 65 inch smart tv + streaming cable, high speed wifi, washer/dryer, off street parking and private entrance. The space Nestled in the back of our property, a one-bedroom retreat abundant in natural light awaits you! In addition to the comfy king bed, the bedroom boasts blackout shades, a large dresser, USB charging ports on the bedside lamps, ceiling fan, full-length mirror, direct access to the bathroom and a huge walk-in closet with washer/dryer and built-in shelves for extra storage. For additional sleeping accommodations, the couch converts into a full-sized sleeper sofa (or an air mattress can be provided upon request). The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils needed to cook to your heart's content. A Keurig coffee maker is provided along with coffee pods, creamer, sweeteners and tea. Guest access The unit is above a detached garage in the rear of the property. A code will be provided to access the unit via the keypad entry. Guests are welcome to park in the driveway.
