The space INSIDE THE APARTMENT The apartment is all painted white. It is located just above the private beach. It's located on the third floor, but since the parking lot is on the second level, you only have to go up one level. The first thing is to turn on all the electricity breakers that are on the left at the entrance. This will be done by the welcoming staff. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 sofa bed for two, living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and dishwasher. It also has a washer-dryer and hairdryer. The kitchen is quite well-stocked. The hot water is very good! I know you'll enjoy that shower. You'll love that nice balcony. General prohibitions with $500 fines (These prohibitions are for your own good and for the general well-being) 1. Pets are prohibited. No pets of any kind are allowed inside the apartment. 2. No fires. The use of fire candles is prohibited. 3. Carrying firearms is prohibited. 4. Carrying or consuming illegal substances in the Dominican Republic is prohibited. 5. Smoking is prohibited, please, it leaves a very bad smell for the guests. And there are people with allergies. 6. Please don't make noise that will disturb the neighbors. 7. No parties inside the apartment. To do this, use the common areas with prior notice to the administration. 8. No more than the number of people registered as guests can sleep in the apartment. You must give prior notice to obtain the owner's permission. 9. Always keep the bed, mattress, and pillow protectors. They're there to prevent damage and to avoid being charged for them. 10. Electrical equipment protectors must always be kept connected. 11. Keep all equipment that is connected to gas closed after use, such as the stove, oven, and gas tanks. 12. Costs $35 to $50. Please leave the common areas in excellent condition. Return the apartment in excellent condition, as it was when you received it. If the apartment requires deep cleaning, the guest will be charged $100 or more, depending on the cleaning hours required, and if ozone cleaning is required. Smoking is forbidden, but if you fail to comply and leave the apartment with smoke, cigarette, or other difficult odors, you will have to pay for special cleanings. When turning on gas heaters, keep in mind that you must have at least one window open. When cooking, you must also have at least one window open. Stays longer than five days must pay for their electricity in full. Stays of five days or less will only cover two dollars per day. Any excess consumption must be covered by you, the guest.
