You will enjoy private accommodation consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, Blue-Ray player and hi-fi system and a sofa that converts into a double bed. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, a first bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, and a second bedroom with TV, DVD player and private bathroom. You will also benefit from a private laundry room with washing machine and dryer. You will enjoy two terraces with different orientations, and a plancha for your summer evenings. Guest access - Living room including a fully equipped kitchen opening to the dining room. Lounge area with convertible sofa to accommodate 2 people, 4k TV and hi-fi system. - Kitchen equipment: oven, fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle, sodastream, microwave, food processor, dishwasher. - Bedroom 1 of 22m² with 160x200cm bed, and private bathroom: hydromassage shower, basin and toilet. - Bedroom 2 of 16m² with 140x190cm bed and private bathroom: shower, sink and toilet. Access to this bedroom is from outside the gîte. - Private laundry room with washing machine and dryer available. You will enjoy a first private terrace overlooking the swimming pool on one side of the cottage, and a second shaded private terrace with garden furniture on the other side of the cottage with private plancha. Heated swimming pool, ping-pong table and hammock shared with the owners are at your disposal.
