It is very intimate, calm and cosy, ideal to relax, enjoy rest and recreation in a green environment, where only the sound of birds or the wind can be heard. It is recently fully remodeled (2022), and has all the necessary accessories, utensils, and artifacts so you don't have to bring huge luggage. It has an economic wood-burning kitchen, with its own circulation (home), historical and in operation. In addition to electric stoves for cooking, refrigerator with no frost freezer, microwave, full cupboards with some basic supplies for cooking and having breakfast and all the necessary cooking utensils. Leaving the kitchen-dining room, there is the distribution hall and hall where you can leave your belongings, there is access to the bathroom, which is with a shower, and to the bedroom. The bathroom always has a bath outlet, shower gel, aromatizer, etc. and everything you need to enjoy your stay. The bedroom has a state-of-the-art 3000fg air conditioning for summer and the house has electric portable heating for winter and mobile fans. It has a floor-to-ceiling closet with built-in storage, within it you can find all kinds of blankets and sheets to adapt to climatic needs. The house is for exclusive use and the facilities are not shared with other guests. We do not have other accommodation, it is the only one at the moment. The only thing that is shared are the accesses to the land (interior roads) and the exterior ones with their administrators (their owners), the pets (a very friendly dog named Frau and two cats that are hardly seen, called Khaleesi and Pioja) or the cleaning and gardening staff. All the animals sleep outside. The bedroom has a capacity for 2 people in a double bed at the moment. The closet is from floor to ceiling from wall to wall. The pool is removable at the moment, we have the project to build a concrete pool later. It is cylindrical, 0.70m deep x 3m in diameter and is installed only seasonally (mid-November to mid-March). Right next to the entrance to the kitchen and the house is the patio or terrace with the 1.50m long grill and a table and chairs for dining. The grill is fully equipped to make all kinds of meals including a cooking disc, skewers, shovels, bracero, etc. The park has 1000m2 with areas of trees and natural shade and also open-air solarium areas. We have space for parking 2/3 vehicles on the esplanade in front of the land, outside. They carry out guided activities all year round and several festivals. Muñiz and Bella Vista are wooded and quiet areas, where you can enjoy the calm without crowding or annoying noise. In turn, we are only 3 blocks from a local shopping center, with everything you need for supplies and it is still a place close to shopping areas to enjoy tourism, such as the beautiful center of San Miguel, recently remodeled. , where you can take all kinds of commercial walks and visit shopping malls, restaurants, breweries, the Terrazas de Mayo shopping mall, cinemas, theaters, casinos, fairs in the squares and corridors, etc. As for corridors, in addition to the Bella Vista Corridor, the Av. San Martín Corridor and the Campo de Mayo Corridor were recently recovered, equally pleasant spaces and in the case of Campo de Mayo Tourist, for those who want to enjoy the green or outdoor sports.
