The spaces preserve the freshness of the handmade terrazzo floor, the texture of chukum, and the warmth of wood, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the entrance. The construction respects the pre-existing vegetation and allows the native flora to continue growing around the spaces, giving place to a natural and calm environment. The space ㅤ Everything was designed to accompany the surroundings and offer a simple, comfortable, and genuine way of living. • This ground-floor room, open to a generous patio and designed for two people, maintains a simple and bright layout thanks to large windows that allow a constant entry of natural light. The finishes combine the handmade terrazzo floor with walls coated in chukum —a traditional mixture made from the resin of a local tree— generating visual continuity between the interior and exterior. The private patio incorporates a small pool surrounded by plants from the local environment, forming an outdoor area that feels simple and quiet. The furnishings include hammocks and an outdoor table, intended for moments of rest. The unit features a minibar and a water heater suitable for basic preparations.
