Inside, you’ll find a light-filled open-plan living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette for easy meals, and a comfortable double bedroom with a newly renovated ensuite. Located close to Te Rapa, 5 minutes to expressway & 10 minutes to CBD. The space Tucked away at the back of a beautiful property, this private guesthouse offers a peaceful retreat with calming neutral tones and thoughtful touches to help you feel right at home. The rustic-style kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, and Nespresso machine, with tea, coffee pods, milk, crockery, and cutlery provided. (Please note: there is no sink in the kitchenette.) The newly renovated bathroom features fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. In the bedroom, a comfortable queen bed awaits, with all bedding provided along with power outlets and USB/USB-C connections for easy device charging. An air-conditioning unit ensures year-round comfort with both heating and cooling options. We’d love to host you and are committed to making your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Guest access Guests have full access to the guesthouse, including the living area, bedroom, and ensuite. This is completely separate from the main house. Street parking is available with plenty of space nearby — just keep an eye out for the bus stop directly outside the property. Other things to note You may hear the occasional bark from Cookie — the friendly resident dog. She lives on the property but is fully fenced in and kept well away from the guesthouse (though she loves to say hello from afar). The main house is separate from the Airbnb, so we kindly ask that you don’t knock on the front door. If you need anything, feel free to contact us directly. We have a smart TV with access to TVNZ+, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube, but no satellite connection. Please note that you will need your own login for any streaming services.
