You must be an Eagle Rock Lot Owner (“Member”) or a Member’s accompanied family or guest to rent this property. Our home is a three story, four bedroom, 2 bath, 1 car garage chalet style home. The Lake Beach is a block and a half away and less than .4 miles to the Base Ski Lodge. The house is nestled on two lots for extra privacy. The space You must be an Eagle Rock Property Owner, Eagle Rock member or Eagle Rock member needs to accompany the renting party to book this property. Eagle Rock is a gated community that is only accessed through security gates for members and their guests. We will not call in guests who are not members or accompanying members. If you do not understand this, please contact us before you rent this property. If you do rent this property without being a member, you may be subject to not receiving a full refund due to not reading this policy. Our Chalet is located in Eagle Rock Resort. This 5000 acre gated community hosts a premier 18 hole golf course, executive 9 hole golf course, ski slope, 2 lakes, equestrian center, 3 outdoor pools, community center and aquatics center. Our home is a short 5 minute walk to the beach front of Lake Susquehanna. Our home is the perfect getaway with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and large outdoor spaces.
