CITQ: 306834 (expiration 05-31-2026) The space IMPORTANT NOTE – Winter/Spring 2026 A construction project is underway on the nearby land. The work is currently scheduled to be completed around June 2026. However, the schedule remains the responsibility of the neighboring owner and could change. For winter and spring 2026, work could take place both inside and outside, depending on the progress of the site, which can occasionally generate noise. However, ON WEEKDAYS BETWEEN 7 A.M. AND 5 P.M., it is still possible to hear or observe the comings and goings of machinery and workers on the neighboring site, as well as on the street or on the grounds in front of the chalet. Our prices have been adjusted accordingly to reflect this situation and for the sake of transparency. Upstairs you will find the open and spacious living areas, the splendid master bedroom, the master bathroom as well as a workspace. On the ground floor, you will find 3 tastefully decorated soundproofed bedrooms (queen bed, queen bed and 4 double bunk beds), a play area and living room giving direct access to the Spa and Sauna. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note A charging station is available for the duration of the stay. For your safety, a surveillance camera system is present OUTSIDE the Villa, near the main entrance.
