The space Master bedroom with a full size bed, smart tv, ac, dresser. Second room has a bunk bed with a full bed with twin bed on the top, ac and a dresser. Each room has owner closets. Also,we have a futon in the living room. Living room has a smart tv, 2 ceiling fans, two chairs dining table. The garage is only for owners use. Bathroom has electric shower head heater (completely safe to use). Kitchen has refrigerator, small two burner electric stove, coffee machine and microwave. Backyard pool, chairs area. PLEASE, NOTE THAT THE BACK DOOR HAS A STRING TO HOLD THE DOOR OPEN. PUT THE STRING ON THE METAL ON THE WALL. This is if you want to keep your door open. Bbq is for your use, please, clean it after you used. If not, you will be charged $50.00. Don’t leave charcoal in the bbq or backyard. THE WHOLE HOUSE (POOL AND PATIO) IS NON SMOKING AREA. Please clean the bbq after use, is not you will be charge $50. IS A RESIDENTIAL AREA, PLEASE RESPECT QUIET TIMES. ES UNA AREA RESIDENCIAL, POR FAVOR RESPETAR EL TIEMPO DE SILENCIO. NO SE PERMITEN VISITAS, DE TENER VISITAS TENDRAN UN CARGO DE $150.00 POR PERSONA. The house and pool is only for registered guest, (5), no extra guest please. EXTRA GUEST WILL BE CHARGE $150 per night per person NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, PLEASE. No AC IN THE LIVING ROOM, I you try to open the bedroom door to feel the ac, is not going to work. You can use an extra fan that is in the garage. PET POLICY: $50 for small dogs, per dog, maximum of two. Please, clean after your pet or you will be charge. 🛶 Prime Location — Walk to the Ferry Our home is located just a short 10 minute walk to the Cataño ferry terminal, where you can hop on the ferry across San Juan Bay to historic Old San Juan in minutes. It’s a fun, inexpensive way to explore the colorful streets, forts, shops, and restaurants without driving. Guest access Key box Other things to note Pool cleaner person will go every Thursday morning. Garbage day is Thursday, if you are at the house, please take the trash can out Wednesday night. Pool fountain will turn on automatically 2pm - 8:00 pm. If you use the bbq, please clean it after you use it. If not, you will be charge $75.00. You need to sign the agreement before check in. Please, be advised that the island has a weak power service. We are not responsible for the service. You are using the pool under your own risk. POOL USE IS ONLY FOR REGISTERED GUESTS. No party or events.
