River Rest Waterside Norfolk Broads

A firm favourite with past guests and even better now with her fresh new look. Our 2 bedroom River Rest is in a perfect setting at the front of our Marina, a good spot for fishing from the garden and seeing the boats pass by on their way to and from the River Yare. This quiet and tranquil location is perfect to get into the quieter waters with your own boat, kayak or paddle board. Local boat & canoe hire is possible. Explore the Norfolk Broads and moor right outside of your cosy lodge! The space Bedrooms Bedroom 1 – King size bed with en-suite facilities - shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. Bedroom 2 – Twin beds. Bed linen is provided. Bathrooms  En- suite in King bedroom with shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. Main bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and hand basin. Starter toilet roll. Hand & bath towel for number of guests booked are provided. Open Plan Kitchen / Diner / Lounge  Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dining and cooking essentials, dishwasher & washing machine. Tea towels, J cloth, sponge, washing up liquid, antibacterial surface spray, hand wash, dishwasher tablets and a starter kitchen roll provided. Lounge with Smart TV and dining area with table and chairs for 4 guests. Double French doors lead out to the veranda with dining furniture and steps down to the garden with a picnic table and the waters edge. Mooring and Parking  Private quay headed mooring. Use of slip way on request. Please advise us if you are bringing a boat. Private Parking x 2 cars – additional parking is available in the car park free of charge to guests – please request. Dog friendly  Our lodges are dog friendly - max 2 dogs - £30 charge per pet applies. 2nd dog to be requested and paid for directly with Norfolk Holiday Lodges Ltd. Guest access Entire Lodge and own garden. Direct unfenced river water access. Quay headed mooring for own or hired boat. Other things to note Electricity and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair on request. Fish bait fridge and 2 x recliner sun loungers. Fishing is permitted in season only (16th June - 14th March), a rod license is required. Please check with the Broads Authority directly with regards to toll fees for boats/kayaks etc. Please note - Unfenced deep water at the end of the garden.
