Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still very close. A perfect place for working from home, taking a break, or living in the countryside temporarily. The space The design of the accommodation is a mixture of modern design and cozy country chic. Modern colors, brand-name appliances and designer furniture, as well as high-quality bathroom fittings, mix chicly with other styles and ensure a cozy well-being at a high level. A private large garden invites you to relax and linger on sunny days. From garden furniture to the grill and a fire bowl, everything is provided to have a very good time here. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One with a 180 x 200 double bed, as well as a guest bed that can be expanded to 140 x 200 in the guest/study overlooking the garden. The entire house was extensively renovated, newly equipped and furnished by the beginning of 2023. Other things to note LIVING SPACE FOR TEMPORARY USE. Great for singles or couples. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for shared apartments or families with young children. Surrounding adventure coops with guest room rentals may be a good alternative in that case. As this is a quiet residential building, please respect the quiet hours and the rules of a normal house rules. RENTAL AGREEMENT A separate living space rental agreement and a rental deposit (about 1.5 months' rent) are mandatory. Also, a handover report for check-in and check-out. If necessary, a landlord's confirmation will be issued. NEW AIRBNB FEE Airbnb changed its fee structure in 2026: All platform fees are now included in the rental price displayed—they are no longer added separately as they were before. At the same time, the fees were increased. Airbnb now effectively collects (as of May 2026) approximately 18.4% of the displayed price as a service fee before the rent is paid to the landlord.
