There are 02 identical townhouses, each with 01 large bedroom, 01 large room, 01 bathroom. Outside we have: swimming pool, shower, bathroom , barbecue area with kitchen and parking for 04 cars. Other things to note Our space is safe and perfect for enjoying great moments with family or friends. Near the house we have 3 beaches, the nearest is Garatucaia within the condominium, we have the Sororoca Beach that can be accessed on foot by a trail of 30-40min or by boat, there is a great seafood kiosk there and lastly our favorite, Caetés beach where the water is quieter and usually much clearer than the other two, you can get by car to near the entrance of Caetés condominium, after which it is necessary to follow on foot for 15-20min or go by boat as well. P.S.There's a steep staircase to go down and down to the beach. We are close to the center of Angra Dos Reis (approximately 30 minutes by car). There is a Pirates mall, which although small, is very complete, because they have a South Zone market, movie theater, department stores, bars, restaurants, clothing and accessories stores. We are also next to Conceição de Jacareí, the closest access point to Vila do Abraao in Ilha Grande. In addition to the transfer, there are several tours around the Island.
