This accommodation, newly refurnish in december 2022, is located on the first floor of a modern brick building. It is made up of a living room with integrated kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed of 150x200 cm and a complete bathroom with shower. It has air conditioning in all rooms. Its maximum occupancy is two people. The space The space is exterior and has several windows in the living room with views of the street where it is located and a window in the bedroom facing a quiet interior patio allowing a good night's rest. Access is through the living room that has an integrated kitchen, it has a bedroom with 1 double bed of 150x200cm and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a W.C., a shower with a screen and a sink. It has air conditioning and heating in all rooms except the bathroom. Guest access Counting the building where the accommodation is located with only 6 houses, the common areas are limited to the portal, elevator and the stairs that give access to the different spaces. Other things to note It is very important and necessary that we specify the arrival time, to have the apartment ready for you. The keys will be handed over using a safe located on the property portal, which you will access with a password that we will provide you before your arrival. On December 24 and 31, Check-in hours are until 3:00 p.m. On December 25 and January 1 there are no entries. The departure from the accommodation or Check-out must be done before 11:00 am. From that time on, we will be able to access the accommodation without prior notice. If it is difficult or uncomfortable for you to "leave" the accommodation before the mentioned time, do not hesitate to ask us about the possibility of Check-out outside these hours. Depending on dates and times we can extend this schedule or not. This extension can be free or upon payment of an extra amount that will depend on the occupancy and reservations of the accommodation on those dates. We can offer you some extra service on request, such as use of cots, transfer from the airport, transportation and luggage storage.
